We understand the challenges of commuting and transportation logistics, and our dedicated team is committed to making your experience seamless and enjoyable.


Important Things to Remember

Here's a brief overview of what you can expect as a member of Parents in Motion

  • Reliable Driver Network: We will connect you to Drivers and/or Exchanger's who strive to provide comfort during your family or child’s commute.

  • Professional Drivers: All of our drivers have childcare or care giving experience and are carefully selected, vetted and committed to delivering exceptional service. They prioritize the safety and well-being of all passengers.

  • Rides & Customized Routes:  We understand that each family's transportation needs are unique. Our technology gives you full autonomy to create the pick-up/drop-off experience to accommodate your specific needs rather than pre-scheduled or on-demand. Our app can be accessed on a invitation only basis and will be sent out June 1,2023, however rides will not be available until August 1st!

  • Safety Measures: The safety of our passengers is our top priority. We maintain rigorous safety protocols including interviews, regular vehicle inspections, insurance umbrella policies, background checks on drivers, and adherence to all traffic regulations with live tracking. In addition to that, our technology is integrated with Zendrive which is a platform that utilizes smartphone sensors and other data sources to analyze driver behavior. In addition to the vetting that we do, we require our members to vet and interview their driver prospects as well.

  • Clear Communication: We believe in transparent and effective communication. You will receive timely updates regarding any changes to routes, schedules, or important service information.

  • Incident Reporting: In the rare event that something goes wrong, Parents in Motion is here for you. We’ve created an incident reporting process for all parties involved, to assure that their issues are properly evaluated and cared for. In the event that something arises, please submit a claim via email to our customer experience team at

Payment Schedule & Fees

To ensure a smooth payment process, we have outlined the following payment schedule and policy

  • Introductory Fee: Due at the time of sign up (one time fee)

  • Monthly Membership Fee: For new members that sign up NOW monthly membership fees will not begin until August 1, 2023. Fees are typically due at the time that the new member signs up and from there the first of each month. Members who sign up now will not be charged until August and will be locked in for the 50% off monthly promo fee rate. After August 1st monthly membership fees will double.

  • Cancellation Fee: Due at the time of cancellation (one time fee) Fee is the equivalent of monthly package fee that member was subscribed to.

  • Ride Fee (FOR RIDER MEMBER ONLY): Due at the time rides are scheduled. Each ride has a base fare of $10.00 and a mileage fee of 1.00. Each separate party is required to pay for their mileage fees incurred from the point of pick up and the point of drop off, however the base fare fees can be split amongst non-related riders.

  • Exchange Fee (FOR EXCHANGER MEMBER ONLY): This method enables rider families to offset ride fees through reciprocity, meaning that if you contribute as a driver, you will receive double credit to go towards rides for your family-which equals double rides. Join to Exchange Rides

We kindly require that new members adhere to our policies prior to finalizing membership, which can be found in the membership agreement. These policies cover important aspects such as cancellation and rescheduling, behavior expectations, and other guidelines that contribute to a safe and pleasant transportation experience.
