Driver Vetting and Qualifications:
As a Company committed to the safety and well-being of our Members, we prioritize a thorough vetting process for all driver prospects. In addition to the vetting process that we conduct, we require our members to vet their driver prospects as well. This process includes the following measures:
-
Background Checks: The Company conducts comprehensive background checks on all driver prospects. This includes checks for criminal records, driving history, and any other relevant information to assess their suitability for providing safe transportation services.
-
Interview Process: Each driver prospect undergoes a rigorous interview process to evaluate their qualifications, experience, and commitment to safety. The interview includes discussions on their driving skills, adherence to traffic regulations, familiarity with the local area, and ability to handle various scenarios.
-
Driver Training and Certification: Selected drivers are required to complete specialized training programs that focus on defensive driving techniques, passenger safety, and customer service. Drivers must also possess valid licenses and certifications necessary for providing transportation services.
-
Vehicle Inspections: The Company ensures that all vehicles used for transportation services undergo regular inspections to verify their roadworthiness, maintenance, and compliance with safety standards. Drivers are responsible for reporting any vehicle-related issues promptly.
-
Driver Meet and Greets: Each driver prospect should have an established meet and greet with family and riders to assure that the driver prospect is a good fit.
By implementing these vetting and interviewing processes, we aim to partner with our members to select highly qualified and responsible drivers who prioritize the safety and well-being of our network. However, it is essential to remember that the Company cannot guarantee the actions or behavior of individual drivers. If you ever have concerns about a driver's conduct, please report it to our customer support immediately.
